Relief from the Zoning By-law is requested to permit an increase in the height of Tower B from 39 to 43 storeys by redistributing four storeys from the podium, which is proposed to be reduced from 6 to 2 storeys. Variances are also requested to reflect technical updates to the tower’s floor plate sizes.
