Water, Wastewater and Stormwater Budget
Each year, the City of Vaughan creates a budget to determine how funds will be allocated.

Public meetings to discuss the Water, Wastewater and Stormwater Budget and the Property Tax Budget will be held on:
- Special Committee of the Whole (Budget) on Wednesday, Feb. 4, 2026 at 7 p.m.
- Special Council (Budget) on Tuesday, Feb. 24, 2026 at 7 p.m.

The City charges for water, wastewater and stormwater services. These charges are billed by Alectra Utilities, on behalf of the City, and appear on your hydro bill. Read more about water, wastewater and stormwater rates and billing.
