Multi-Residential Bulky Items
The City collects approved bulky items by appointment only. Property managers are responsible for booking bulky item pickup for all residents in multi-residential buildings. There is no fee for this service.
Collection of bulky items is once every two weeks and will only apply to items which have been scheduled for collection and approved by the City. Keep bulky items dry as this reduces the weight of the item for collection crews. The City reserves the right to refuse overweight and/or oversized items. Bulky items must be under 150 pounds (68 kilograms). Consider donating functional items to families in need and/or charitable organizations.
All appointments must be made online through the Property Manager or designate. The City will not accept appointment requests made by phone and/or individual residents/tenants/owners.
