Please consider the following criteria before making a submission to the City's event calendar.

Criteria include:

• Event, public meeting, workshop, etc. hosted by City of Vaughan or supported by Council
• Vaughan-based community event taking place within the City of Vaughan that is not-for-profit; charitable or officially affiliated with a charity (not held for marketing or advertising purposes)
• An event hosted by York Region that impacts the City of Vaughan
• Community Service Organizations (CSOs) identified and approved by Recreation Services
• Please note that the event calendar is not a listing and requires a link to a website or an online notice
• Separate requests must be made for recurring events
