Whether we’re removing snow and ice from roads, paths, sidewalks or windrows, our crews work hard to ensure everyone can travel safely throughout Vaughan all winter long.
Submit a winter maintenance request:
Call Service Vaughan at 905-832-2281 or email service@vaughan.ca. Service Vaughan will be open from 8:30 a.m. to noon on Wednesday, Dec. 24 and Wednesday, Dec. 31, and during regular business hours (8:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m.) on Monday, Dec. 29 and Tuesday, Dec. 30. If you’re calling outside those times to report a municipal emergency (such as an icy road or sidewalk), please stay on the line to be connected to the after-hours answering service.
