Drop off donations until Dec. 12 in support of the CP24 CHUM Christmas Wish

The City of Vaughan is excited to bring back its 16th annual Toy Drive in support of the CP24 CHUM Christmas Wish. Let’s come together as a community this season to spread the Christmas spirit by giving toys to children in need.

Mayor Steven Del Duca kicked off this annual campaign at Our Lady of Fatima Catholic Elementary School this morning, live on CP24 Breakfast. Starting today, we are collecting donations of new, unwrapped toys for children aged newborn to 18 years old until Friday, Dec. 12, at the following locations:

  • Vaughan City Hall (2141 Major Mackenzie Dr.)
  • Joint Operations Centre (2800 Rutherford Rd.)
  • All Vaughan community centres
  • All local fire stations
  • the Sports Village (2600 Rutherford Rd.)
  • All Vaughan Public Libraries branches

Gift cards and cheques are also welcome. Cheques can be made payable to “CP24 CHUM Christmas Wish” and dropped off or mailed to Vaughan City Hall c/o Recreation, Events Division, Level 300, 2141 Major Mackenzie Dr., Vaughan, ON, L6A 1T1.

All donations will be directed to the CP24 CHUM Christmas Wish, which supplies registered charitable organizations, social service agencies, churches and community centres throughout the Greater Toronto Area with new, unwrapped toys and financial donations.

In 2024, the City collected more than 14,000 toys for the CP24 CHUM Christmas Wish.
