Change your smoke and CO alarm batteries when you turn your clocks ahead this weekend
It’s that time of year again where we gain an hour of sunshine by turning our clocks forward. When you change your clocks for Daylight Saving Time on Sunday, March 9, remember to change the batteries in your carbon monoxide (CO) and smoke alarms too!

With sweeping new U.S. tariffs now in effect, the City of Vaughan’s Economic Development department is here to help local businesses navigate this challenging and ever evolving time.
Consent is being requested to sever a parcel of land for employment purposes approximately 12.293 Ha and retain a parcel of land for employment uses approximately 10.859 Ha. The severed and retained land will have frontage along Hwy 7 and Hwy 50.
Consent is being requested for an easement for water, sanitary, storm water and utility services over 191 McNaughton Road East (servient land) in favour of the lands to the east, municipally known as 10,000 Dufferin Street (dominant land).
The easement for storm water services over the servient land is described as Part D on the plan submitted.
The proposed easements will facilitate development associated with related Site Development Application DA.24.015

The easement for storm water services over the servient land is described as Part C on the plan submitted.
The proposed easements will facilitate development associated with related Site Development Application DA.24.015
