Vince Musacchio to lead NEW Planning and Infrastructure Development portfolio
Longtime City of Vaughan leader Vince Musacchio is taking over as head of the new Planning and Infrastructure Development portfolio, which will create a one-stop shop for planning, growth and infrastructure delivery in this community.
Mr. Musacchio joined the City 15 years ago and has served in progressive roles ever since, most recently as Deputy City Manager of Infrastructure Development since 2021 as well as interim Deputy City Manager of Planning, Growth Management and Housing Delivery since earlier this year.
In this role leading the new Planning and Infrastructure Development portfolio, he will further infrastructure priorities and oversee the City’s major development files to ensure alignment and co-ordination.
This announcement includes a realignment of the City’s organizational structure with the merger of the former Planning, Growth Management and Housing Delivery portfolio and the Infrastructure Development portfolio into one team working together to deliver Service Excellence.
