Have questions about building permits, inspections, zoning, building deficiencies, residential construction and so much more? This innovative tool delivers clear, concise answers 24-7 by tapping into a robust knowledge base.

How the chatbot works:

• Smart search: The chatbot uses cutting-edge generative AI to provide accurate, easy-to-understand responses to any building-related questions.
• Topics: Each inquiry is matched to curated topics containing step-by-step guidance. 

It has never been easier to get the building information you need, at any time!

In support of this more streamlined user experience, the City also offers residents and builders access to a Building Permit Status Map, providing real-time information on permit status, permit types and more – anytime.
