City of Vaughan recognizes the Tourism Vaughan Advisory Committee for its 2023-2026 Term
The City of Vaughan is proud to recognize and thank the members of the Tourism Vaughan Advisory Committee for their dedicated service and meaningful contributions throughout the 2023 to 2026 Term. Committee members were formally acknowledged by Mayor Steven Del Duca and Members of Council at the June 16 Committee of the Whole (2) meeting.
The Committee, comprised of leaders and representatives from across Vaughan’s diverse tourism and hospitality sectors, has played a critical role in supporting the City’s Vaughan Destination Master Plan (PDF) and advancing key strategic priorities. In its advisory role to the Tourism Vaughan Board of Directors, the Committee guided tourism development, promotion and business planning, while contributing industry insights to help inform decision-making and identify emerging opportunities.
Through their advisory role, the Committee has helped lay a strong foundation for continued collaboration between industry and the City as Vaughan grows as a leading destination.
