A compliment is an expression of satisfaction for a City of Vaughan program, service, facility or staff member.

What is a complaint?
 
A complaint is an expression of dissatisfaction related to a City of Vaughan program, service, facility, staff member, or Member of Council. It is based on the citizen’s belief that the City has not provided a satisfactory service experience at the point of service delivery and a response or resolution is expected.
 
Filing a Complaint
 
In order to file a formal complaint to the City, you will be asked to provide the following information:
  • Contact details of the complainant
  • Details of what happened, including date, time, location and who was involved
  • What kind of resolution is being sought?
