Registration closes on March 31

With spring around the corner, flowerbeds across the city will soon begin to blossom. As the temperatures change, the City of Vaughan’s crews continue to work around the clock to maintain our community – from sidewalk maintenance to road rehabilitation and street sweeping, and so much more. 

To celebrate our Canadian identity – while we also take steps to protect the local economy from sweeping tariffs imposed by the United States – the City of Vaughan is exploring renaming 
America Avenue to Terry Fox Avenue. 

Terry Fox is one of Canada’s most beloved national heroes, whose courage, determination and selflessness have inspired generations of Canadians and raised millions of dollars for cancer research.

Speed cameras will soon be active at 10 Community Safety Zones across Vaughan. This is just one of the many steps we’re taking to reduce speeding and prioritize road safety for everyone in our community.
