NOW OPEN: New YRP substation serving Vaughan’s west end
York Regional Police’s newest substation is now open in Kleinburg to serve and protect the residents living in the area!
Located at 10418 Islington Ave., the YRP substation officially opened today, with a celebratory event held by Mayor Steven Del Duca and YRP Chief Jim MacSween. Members of Vaughan Council, including Deputy Mayor, Local and Regional Councillor Linda Jackson, who serves on the York Regional Police Service Board, were in attendance to mark this important community safety milestone.

Double-Up Days start in two weeks
Are you spring cleaning your home and left with more waste than usual? The City of Vaughan has you covered with Double-Up Days – returning the week of April 1 or April 8, depending on your scheduled garbage collection day.
