The evening sparkled with live entertainment, interactive activities and refreshments, bringing the community together to share in the joy of the season.

Vaughan breaks ground on Black Creek Renewal Project to transform downtown VMC
The City of Vaughan is advancing flood protection in the Vaughan Metropolitan Centre (VMC) through the transformative Black Creek Renewal Project. This major infrastructure initiative is designed to strengthen flood resilience, restore and enhance the natural environment, and revitalize the heart of Vaughan’s downtown.
This week, the City marked the start of construction with a special event attended by Mayor Steven Del Duca, Members of Council, Todd McCarthy, Ontario’s Acting Minister of Infrastructure and other dignitaries.
