Set-out materials by 7 a.m. to ensure you don't get missed. Collectors will not return for items set out late. Please note, collection times may be impacted during winter weather conditions.
With freezing temperatures in colder months, it's possible that some waste materials may freeze inside the bins and directly adhere to the bins' interior.
Many retailers are now producing large volumes of low quality, inexpensive clothing, designed to be bought, worn and quickly discarded. As we shop in store or online we fail to realize the negative effects this production has on the environment.

Ontario Regulation 103 / 94 of the Environmental Protection Act states, in part, that "The Owner of the building that contains six or more dwelling units shall implement a source separation program for the waste generated at the building". This means that recycling in multi-residential buildings is mandatory.
