Previously the Director of Environmental Services, she was appointed in 2024 to Deputy City Manager, Public Works, where she champions operational excellence to deliver the City’s core services that residents, businesses and visitors rely on to keep Vaughan safe, clean and beautiful.
Infrastructure Engineering Drawing Requests
Fees
A $51 administration fee will apply for each drawing request submitted; this includes the first drawing. Each additional drawing associated with the initial request will be charged a $31 fee. Applicable taxes will be applied to all fees. Fees must be paid online before drawings are released.

Vaccination Requirements for City Facilities
On Monday, Oct. 25, 2021, Ontario lifted capacity limits in the vast majority of settings where proof of vaccination is required, such as restaurants, bars and other food or drink establishments; indoor areas of sports and recreational facilities such as gyms and where personal physical fitness trainers provide instruction; casinos, bingo halls and other gaming establishments; and indoor meeting and event spaces. Limits have also been lifted in certain outdoor settings.

Teston Road Environmental Assessment Project Updates
Study Process
The Teston Road Environmental Assessment (EA) study will assess alternative improvements with consideration of impacts to transportation service and the natural, socio-economic and cultural environments. The study will be completed in accordance with the planning and design process for Schedule ‘B’ projects, as outlined in the Municipal Engineers Association Municipal Class EA guidelines (October 2000, as amended in 2007, 2011 and 2015).

The Vaughan Complete Streets Design Guidelines take place in the following phases:

- Developed a work plan
- Created a report template
- Reviewed existing conditions
- Performed a background review
- Performed a review of policies, requirements and criteria for the guidelines
