Haiqing Xu joined the City of Vaughan in 2021 as Deputy City Manager, Planning and Growth Management. He uses his extensive experience in city planning to ensure Vaughan continues to plan for a future where neighbourhoods are welcoming and thriving, accessible by public transit and home to quality public amenities residents of all ages enjoy.
Vince Musacchio he has been a dedicated City of Vaughan employee since 2010, and has used his planning and city design expertise to continue to advance his career. He was appointed in 2021 to Deputy City Manager, Infrastructure Development, where he continues to lead Vaughan’s city-building journey to create a city of choice for generations to come.
Gus Michaels’ career spans more than 36 years in the public sector. He joined the City of Vaughan in 2013 in the role of Director and Chief Licensing Officer, By-law and Compliance, Licensing and Permit Services. In 2021, he was appointed to Deputy City Manager, Community Services, where he continues to lead the highest level of public and customer service while putting public safety and well-being at the forefront.
