Fitness and well-being
Participate in a youth fitness seminar, create your own workout program, learn proper deadlift techniques or get moving in a youth spin class or total body conditioning session.
Throughout Youth Week, young residents who are not yet Vaughan Fitness members can experience what our centres have to offer with a free three-visit trial pass. Participants may work out at any of the City’s six fitness centres and enjoy smart-tech cardio equipment, strength and functional training areas, fitness classes, tracks, squash courts and sauna access.
Registration is completed in person at a Vaughan Fitness Centre customer service desk. Proof of residency is required and participants aged 13 to 17 years must have parental consent. The offer includes up to three visits and expires one month from the date of issue. Drop-in sports and pool access are excluded, and fitness class participation is subject to space availability.
In May, youth fitness orientations are available for younger patrons (aged 13 to 17 years) to learn how to use machines, fitness etiquette and how to safely create a program. More information is available at the customer service desk.
Ready to start your fitness journey? Sign up for the Student Summer Fitness Special to get a discount for one-month and three-month memberships. This promotion will run from Friday, May 1 to Monday, Aug. 31 for students aged 13 to 25 years old.
