Are you ready to ring in the Year of the Snake? You’re invited to join us at the City of Vaughan’s annual Lunar New Year celebration tomorrow, Sunday, Feb. 9, from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. at Vaughan City Hall!
This year’s event will include a traditional lion dance, red envelope greetings, cultural dances and songs, craft-making activities, and plenty of family-friendly music and entertainment. You won’t want to miss it!

Interim property tax bills are in the mail
Due dates are March 27, April 28 and May 28
Vaughan property owners: check your mailboxes. The City of Vaughan’s 2025 interim residential and non-residential property tax bills have been issued. Payment due dates are as follows:
First instalment – Thursday, March 27
Second instalment – Monday, April 28
Third instalment – Wednesday, May 28
