Love working outdoors? 

The Parks, Forestry and Horticulture Operations team is hiring 87 skilled workers to perform general maintenance duties in parks, open space lands, boulevards, cemeteries and other City-owned properties. These seasonal contract positions are for 40 hours per week, for a period of up to six months. 

What do you need to apply? 

At least one year of experience in landscaping, maintenance, construction, forestry or horticulture, a valid Class Ontario “G” driver’s licence and the ability to drive “G” vehicles (pickup trucks, cube vans, etc.) with trailers attached, and the ability to operate equipment such as ride-on mowers, tractors, string trimmers, hand-held blowers and more.
