Make the Most of Culture Days With More Than 50 Free Local Events Until Oct. 4
On Sept. 19, the community joined Mayor Steven Del Duca and Members of Council to celebrate arts, culture and community at the Vaughan Culture Days kickoff event at the City Playhouse Theatre.
Festivities included greetings from Mayor Del Duca, entertainment – including music and dance performances, arts and cultural workshops – and so much more.
“I was delighted to join residents and visitors at the City Playhouse Theatre to launch the 2026 Vaughan Culture Days. Thank you to everyone who came out to enjoy a day filled with live performances, exciting activities, great food and community spirit,” said Mayor Del Duca.
“And this is only the beginning! From now until Sunday, Oct. 4, residents can enjoy a wide range of Culture Days events across Vaughan that showcase the rich traditions, cultures and artistic expression that define our community. I encourage everyone to gather their friends and family to experience all that Culture Days has to offer.”
This year, there are more than 50 vibrant and diverse activities and experiences taking place across various locations in Vaughan, including:
