City Playhouse Theatre Celebrates 30 Years with Battle of the Bands Event

Get ready to rock! The City Playhouse Theatre is continuing its 30th anniversary celebrations with a Battle of the Bands event on Thursday, Oct. 15 at 7 p.m. – and you’re invited to come jam out with us.

Join us for an exciting night of live music featuring five local independent bands, who will ‘battle’ it out for the top spot! A panel of three industry professionals, alongside the live audience, will choose the winner to be announced at the end of the night. The winning band or performer will receive eight hours at the Vaughan Studios & Event Space recording studio to track, mix or master their music, as well as an opportunity to perform at a City of Vaughan event in 2027.

Tickets are available for purchase through the City Playhouse Theatre box office.
