With the winter season upon us, the City of Vaughan’s crews are on the job – no matter the size of the snowfall! Learn everything you need to know about the City’s winter operations during declared Significant Weather Events.

It’s the most wonderful time of the year – so why not enjoy it on the ice! You can skate your way into winter on one of Vaughan’s four outdoor ice rinks, which are opening on Thursday, Dec. 1 for the season, weather permitting.

Apply for the Vaughan “Spark” Mentorship and Grant Program, in partnership with the Tourism Innovation Lab, to share your new and creative ideas with Tourism Vaughan! Participants will have the opportunity to pitch a tourism-focused proposal for the chance to turn it into a reality. 

The Corporate Tree Planting Program provides businesses with an opportunity to do their part to improve the environment, give back to their local community, get active, socialize and build employee engagement – outside and in-person!
