We offer a variety of programs, camps, fitness memberships and free community events that promote health, wellness and active living for all ages. With 11 community centres that feature swimming pools, fitness centres, arenas, plus a community theatre, a studios & event space, and an award winning 9 hole golf course and ski hill, there is no shortage of options to stay active!

Notice Regarding Program Information Handling – May 1, 2026
On March 27, 2026, the City of Vaughan identified that participant names and swim evaluation notes for the Fall 2025 and Winter 2026 swim seasons, were entered into an un-approved software tool. There is currently no indication of misuse and the risk to individuals has been assessed as low. We have taken steps to discontinue the use of the tool, reinforce staff training, and strengthen internal processes. This notice is being shared as part of our commitment to transparency. No action is required.

Gift cards can be redeemed for any recreation program or service – including fitness centre memberships, registered or drop-in recreation programs (such as skating, sports, swim lessons, etc.), camps, facility bookings and more. Visit your local community centre to purchase a gift card in any denomination and receive a matching cardholder for your personalized message.
Recreation gift cards can be purchased and redeemed in-person at any Vaughan community centre, with the exception of Rosemount Community Centre. Gift cards can also be redeemed online or added to an existing Perfect Mind account as credit. Gift cards have no cash value, are non-refundable and do not expire.
