2018-2022 Term of Council Service Excellence Strategic Plan
Each four-year Term of Council Service Excellence Strategic Plan incrementally contributes toward the achievement of the Vaughan Vision.
The 2018-2022 Term of Council Service Excellence Strategic Plan built off the 2014-2018 plan, continuing to align people, priorities, processes and technology. It outlined Vaughan’s vision, mission and values, and identified the strategic key activities that staff focused on to enable the execution and implementation of projects related to Council’s commitments to the citizens of Vaughan.
