Applicants making an oath or affirmation on a document must do so in person. Commissioner of Oaths services are scheduled by appointment. To reserve a time, you may contact the Office of the City Clerk at registrationservices@vaughan.ca.

Bill 68 amended the Municipal Act, 2001, the City of Toronto Act, 2006, the Municipal Conflict of Interest Act, 1990 and several other acts.
The Integrity Commissioner is responsible for providing policy advice, complaint resolution and education to Members of Council on issues of ethics and integrity. This is done to maintain high ethical standards at the City of Vaughan.
