As the summer starts to wind down, the City of Vaughan’s Public Works team continues to provide quality services to enhance and maintain Vaughan’s parks, forests, streets and rivers, and to keep the community safe, clean and beautiful. Here are some updates on maintenance operations that have recently launched and will continue into the fall: 

Service animals play an important role in many Vaughan residents’ lives and welcoming these animals onto your business premises is a key part of being inclusive to all members of the community.

The deadline to submit entries for the City of Vaughan’s 2022 Urban Design Awards has been extended until Friday, Sept. 16. Do you have an urban design, architecture or landscape project that highlights excellence in design? Or are your projects advancing city-building through innovative planning or engineering concepts? Submit them for consideration!
