Creating enough accessible parking options is key to fostering a more inclusive community. The City is committed to ensuring all City facilities comply with accessible parking requirements and that all of these spaces throughout Vaughan are used in the proper way.

Relief from the Zoning By-law is being requested to permit the redevelopment of the north-west portion of the subject land to include a new retail unit and reduced parking space requirements onsite. Relief is also required to facilitate related Site Plan Application DA.17.093.
