Relief from the Zoning By-law is being requested to permit an addition to the existing dwelling and location of pool equipment in the southerly side yard.

Relief from the Zoning By-law is being requested to permit two existing sheds (located in the westerly side yard and rear yard), a swimming pool, a constructed addition located in the easterly side yard, increased maximum driveway width and reduced soft landscaping requirements in the rear yard.

School is out for the summer, which means kids will be spending more time outdoors in our community.
