Consent is being requested for an easement over Parts 2 & 3 on the draft reference plan submitted with the application (servient land) for access (vehicular) and construction/maintenance ( of road) purposes in favour of the lands to the east, being Part 1 on the draft plan submitted with the application (dominant land).
The proposed easement is to provide for vehicular access and to allow for construction and maintenance of a private road (Street B) located adjacent to the EXPO City Development and the Rivera Event Space.
