About the project

The Kleinburg Village corridor and the surrounding area have rapidly changed in the last decade with high-density development, including residential and mixed-use buildings, resulting in a larger urbanized area. The City is undertaking the Kleinburg Village Improvements Project to address this growth and ensure municipal infrastructure can continue to support the community for years to come. The project area extends along Islington Avenue from Major Mackenzie Drive to Highway 27, along Nashville Road from Highway 27 to Islington Avenue, and along Stegman’s Mill Road from Islington Avenue to Teston Road.
