Nashville Park is ready for play, and you’re invited to celebrate!
On Monday, Sept. 28 at 6 p.m., join Mayor Steven Del Duca and Members of Council at the new Nashville Park, located at 639 Barons St. Enjoy official remarks, a ribbon-cutting ceremony, FREE ice cream, an interactive DJ and the new play space.
The new park features:
- a double, unlit tennis court with pickleball line overlay.
- a multi-use lawn.
- a train-themed junior and senior playground.
- a train station-inspired shade structure.
- bike rings.
- gathering areas with abundant seating and site furnishings.
- native shrub and tree plantings.
- park and pathway lighting.
- rubberized safety surfacing in the playground.
