Come and Play at North Urban Park on Nov. 8!
North Urban Park is open for play in the Vaughan Metropolitan Centre (VMC), and you’re invited to come to the City of Vaughan’s official grand opening celebration on Sunday, Nov. 8 at 11 a.m.!
Join Mayor Steven Del Duca and Members of Council at the new park, located at 70 New Park Place, for some family-friendly fun. The event will include remarks, a ribbon-cutting ceremony, FREE ice cream, an interactive DJ and plenty of time to explore the new play space.
About the park
From a unique Three Little Pigs-inspired playground and picnic areas to gardens and flexible gathering spaces, North Urban Park offers something for everyone. It is designed to be a destination at the heart of the city's growing downtown.
