Festa d’Italia: Double the days, double the fun!

Festa d’Italia is back! This year’s event, presented by LiUNA! Local 183, is taking place over two days – so we ‘cannoli’ imagine it will be twice the fun! Join us at this vibrant showcase of Italian culture and heritage and enjoy special headline performances by Pupo & Band.

Join us on Saturday, June 6 from noon to 9 p.m. and Sunday, June 7 from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. at Boyd Conservation Park (8739 Islington Ave.). The fun-filled weekend will feature an exciting line-up of FREE live entertainment, including traditional Italian dances like the Tarantella and special performances by:

  • Encore Live Entertainment

There will also be more than 60 Italian food and beverage vendors and more than 60 business vendors.

 

Attendees can enjoy a variety of interactive family-friendly activities, including hands-on arts and crafts, drop‑in bocce court play, inflatables, and oil testing with pasta shaping workshops (limited capacity).

 

There is no parking available on-site. Free shuttle buses will run about every 30 minutes to and from Boyd Conservation Park on both event days at the following locations:

  • Al Palladini Community Centre (9201 Islington Ave.)

  • Chancellor Community Centre (350 Ansley Grove Rd.)

  • Dufferin Clark Community Centre (1441 Clark Ave. W.)

  • Father E. Bulfon Community Centre (8141 Martin Grove Rd.)

  • Fossil Hill Public School (2 Firenza Rd.)

  • Tommy Douglas Secondary School (4020 Major Mackenzie Dr. W.)

  • Vaughan City Hall (2141 Major Mackenzie Dr.)

  • Woodbridge Library (150 Woodbridge Ave.)

  • 100 Apple Mill Rd. (near the VMC Library) *paid parking
