Responsibilities:

  1. Works under the supervision of the Operations Supervisor
  2. Projects professional appearance and manner.
  3. Demonstrate and provide excellent customer service.
  4. Responsible for in person CASHLESS ticket sales through the Red 61 software program.
  5. Answering phones and providing customer assistance.
  6. Provide will-call ticket pick up distribution as needed.
  7. Efficiently and courteously answer questions concerning event availability, pricing, seat selection and theatre policies.
  8. Resolve guest concerns within scope of authority.
  9. Utilize and balance a POS system.
  10. Ability to work independently.
  11. Follow all procedures to ensure a safe work environment as well as the safety of guests.
  12. Perform other duties as assigned by Operations Supervisor.

Qualifications and requirements

  1. One year of front-line customer service experience.
  2. Ability to maintain a calm composed presence in a fast-paced environment.
  3. Ability to operate computerized ticket system.
  4. Strong attention to detail for financial transactions.
  5. Flexibility to work evening and weekend.
  6. Police Vulnerable Sector Check to be obtained by applicant upon offer of employment – results letter must be presented prior to employment start date; at own expense.
