Sharing the Road – Message to Motorists

Bicycles are defined as vehicles under the Highway Traffic Act, so treat them as you would any other vehicle on the road. Look for the new "Bike Route" signs installed on local roads and remember to "Share the Road" with cyclists. This means working together in terms of courtesy, cooperation and safety. You can help keep Vaughan’s roads safer for everyone by sharing with one another.
