The Vaughan Complete Streets Guide helps the City implement an integrated street network that includes transit connections, active transportation and mobility options, cycling and pedestrian-friendly facilities, accessible and sustainable infrastructure and safe conditions for all users.
Through the Guide, a framework has been developed to better accommodate all road users, including people who walk, bike, take public transit or drive. It also helps to guide the planning, design, operation and maintenance of the City’s street network to create safer and more enjoyable spaces for all who travel through Vaughan.
