The transformation of North Maple Regional Park (NMRP) continues! Since the completion of Phase 1, the park has become a popular destination. The next stage of park development is in motion.  

Following this week’s snowfall, Vaughan Fire and Rescue Service (VFRS) is reminding residents to ensure their exterior vents and exhaust pipes for the dryer, furnace, stove and fireplace are clear of snow and ice to prevent carbon monoxide (CO) buildup in the home – which can be deadly. 

Cleanup following this week’s snowfall continues. Road safety is the priority today – and City of Vaughan crews are actively out clearing the way. Spot salting on sidewalks and clearing efforts on sidewalks will continue as needed.
