The parking structure is required to support a mixed-use development consisting of a 5-storey building associated with Site Plan Application DA.23.001.

Advancing active transportation options is a priority for the City. In 2023, more than 125 kilometres of active transportation infrastructure at different stages of study, design and implementation progressed in Vaughan through municipal, regional and partner projects. Some of these projects include adding more than 11 kilometres of new cycle tracks and multi-use pathways, and updating 29 kilometres of existing multi-use pathways with new pavement markings and signage.
