Don’t leave your mail on the ground – take it home!
Who doesn’t love getting something in the mail – from wedding invitations and birthday cards to letters from pen pals and packages. But not everything we receive at our community mailbox is necessarily what we are looking for – like flyers and admail. Bring any unwanted mail items home with you for recycling, don’t leave them on the ground. Remember, littering is against the law, and you may be subject to a fine of at least $500.
A283/22 - Revised
Relief from the Zoning By-law is being requested to permit an existing cabana and deck.
Why stormwater ponds are not for play
Vaughan has more than 150 stormwater management ponds. These are human-made ponds designed to temporarily hold water before releasing it back into the environment at a controlled rate. In other words, they are not your typical ponds, and they are not meant for recreational use!
