Relief from the by-law is being requested to permit the construction of a proposed accessory building (cabana/pool house) located in the rear yard.

Relief from the by-law is being requested to permit the construction of a proposed addition to the existing single family dwelling. The addition includes expansion of the existing dwelling into the east/west side yard
and rear yard which is further described as:
