This November, the City of Vaughan will host two Remembrance events to commemorate the brave Canadians who risked – and, in many cases, lost – their lives during times of war, conflict and peace.
You are invited to join Mayor Steven Del Duca, Members of Council, City staff and veterans to honour and remember Canadian service members, past and present, at a Remembrance month ceremony at Vaughan City Hall, 2141 Major Mackenzie Dr., on Friday, Nov. 1 at 10 a.m.
With autumn in full swing, there is no shortage of leaves on the ground. Luckily, the City of Vaughan’s leaf and yard waste collection will resume on a weekly pickup schedule from now until Friday, Dec. 6!
