Residents and business owners are invited to complete the Citizen and Business Surveys, which close on Tuesday, Nov. 19. Your feedback is essential to helping us understand what’s working well and where we can improve, so we can continue to serve you better.

Relief from the Zoning By-law is being requested to permit a secondary unit in the basement and on the first floor of the existing dwelling.

Relief from the Zoning By-law is being requested to permit reduced lot area and lot frontage on the consolidated parcel subject to Consent Application B005/24, which is to permit the severance of a parcel of land approximately 973.00 m2 to be merged on title with 6211 Kirby Road.

The consolidated parcel includes 6211 Kirby Road and the severed land subject to B005/24 which is to be merged on title.

Relief from the Zoning By-law is being requested to permit reduced lot area and lot frontage on the retained land subject to Consent Application B005/24.
