For the safety and well-being of everyone in the community, including front-line staff, the City of Vaughan is reminding residents that littering and illegal dumping are prohibited and may be subject to a $205 fine.

The City of Vaughan continues to implement precautionary measures and encourage social distancing in response to the global COVID-19 pandemic. These will continue on Monday, March 30, when Mayor Maurizio Bevilacqua and Members of Council will hold the City’s first ever electronic-participation Committee of the Whole and Council meetings to discuss relevant City matters during this state of emergency.

While Vaughan
City Hall and other City-operated facilities remain closed in response to the
global COVID-19 pandemic, citizens are encouraged to take advantage of the services
and resources that continue to be offered online – including Service Vaughan.
Service Vaughan is an online reporting tool that enables individuals to easily submit a service request, report on non-emergency City services and track their submission 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
