School zone safety

​City urges all road users to be cautious as students head back to school
 
As students make their way back to class, there will be more pedestrian and vehicular traffic on the road. It is important for drivers, parents and children to be alert, follow the rules of the road, and walk safely – especially in school zones.

Double-Up Days are back

Place up to six garbage items out without tags during the weeks of Sept. 22 or Sept. 29
 
The City of Vaughan is reminding citizens the next round of Double-Up Days is coming later this month.
 
Scheduled for the weeks of Sept. 22 or Sept. 29, on regular garbage days, residents can place up to six items of garbage for collection without paid tags.
