Mayor Maurizio Bevilacqua issued the following statement after meeting with Consul General of Israel in Toronto, Idit Shamir and Deputy Consul General Shani Azulai on Sept. 20:

"In a virtual meeting today, I was pleased to congratulate Idit Shamir, Consul General of Israel in Toronto, and Shani Azulai, Deputy Consul General, on their newly appointed positions. We discussed our continued efforts to further strengthen Vaughan-Israel relations.

Curbside Giveaway Days are back the weekend of Sept. 25

 

Give your home a refresh for the changing seasons! Curbside Giveaway Days are coming back on Saturday, Sept. 25 and Sunday, Sept. 26. This is your chance to help reduce waste sent to landfills by placing gently used items at the curb for reuse by others and visiting other participating properties to find hidden treasures to take for yourself.
