Making Islington Avenue more walkable and bikeable!

Get ready to walk, bike or roll along Islington Avenue! As part of the City of Vaughan’s Pedestrian and Bicycle Master Plan, active transportation upgrades are coming to Islington Avenue – including a multi-use pathway and in-boulevard cycle tracks! Vaughan is home to a large network of sidewalks, cycle tracks, bike lanes, multi-use paths and recreational trails – and this network continues to grow. The planned improvements along Islington Avenue are a significant part of the Woodbridge Neighborhood Active Transportation Network.
