Vaughan wins GOLD at the Municipal Waste Association Awards!
The City’s Blue Box Transition social media campaign was developed to keep residents informed about the Province of Ontario’s blue box program, which shifted responsibility for recycling collection from municipalities to a non-profit organization appointed by the Province.
Designed to provide residents with updates on the new program as City staff received them, this campaign is a testament to the co-operation, care and dedication that goes into constantly advocating for and informing residents of Vaughan about waste collection.
