Fire Station 7-12 is Now Complete!
The City of Vaughan has completed construction of Fire Station 7-12, a $12-million investment in public safety that will strengthen emergency response, support frontline firefighters and serve the needs of Vaughan's growing communities for decades to come.
On Sept. 29, the City held a ceremony to mark the completion of this state-of-the-art facility, located at 9511 Weston Rd. Mayor Steven Del Duca, Members of Council and Fire Chief Andrew Zvanitajs gathered to celebrate this milestone.
The $12-million Fire Station 7-12 project represents a major investment in Vaughan's emergency services network and the City's commitment to delivering high-quality public infrastructure. Designed with both performance and sustainability in mind, the facility features rooftop solar panels, geothermal heating and cooling systems, and mass timber construction.
Fire Station 7-12 will be operational in December 2026.
