Getting around Vaughan just got easier – e-scooters and e-bikes are back and available for rent again across the city.

Through the City of Vaughan’s Shared Micromobility Pilot, residents and visitors have more convenient, flexible and sustainable ways to travel through Vaughan.

With just a few taps on their smartphones, users can rent e-scooters and e-bikes through popular apps from Bird Canada, Lime and Neuron – available on Google Play and the Apple App Store. Rental costs, as well as device booking and payment, are available through each vendor’s mobile app.

This year, the service area has been expanded further east to Bathurst Street and Yonge Street, and south to Steeles Avenue – bringing more neighbourhoods into the network and expanding access to key destinations.

Ensuring the safety of all road users remains a top priority. The City, in partnership with the operators, is committed to educating riders and encouraging the responsible use of e-scooters and e-bikes. To report unsafe use of an e-scooter or e-bike, please contact Service Vaughan by phone at 905-832-2281 or by email at service@vaughan.ca. Be sure to include the location, date, time, the device colour or operator (Bird Canada – blue, Lime – green or Neuron – orange) and a brief description of the situation.
